Terms
Terms of Service
These Terms govern the Risen Together public website and authenticated service for coordinating practical care through churches.
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Who operates Risen Together
BLUETOUCH LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates the Risen Together service (“Risen Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, creating an Organization, or using the authenticated service, you agree to these Terms. By using only the public website, you agree to the provisions that apply to that website.
Accounts and Organizations
You must provide accurate account information, complete required email verification, protect your sign-in method, and promptly tell us at hello@risentogether.com about suspected unauthorized access.
Organization administrators control membership and roles. If you create or administer an Organization for a church or other organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority to do so.
Information entered by users
Users may enter Needs; beneficiary, Person, and household information; helper or member information; capabilities and resources; availability; commitments; and fulfillment or coordination information. You are responsible for information you enter and must have appropriate authority or permission to enter information about church members, households, helpers, beneficiaries, or other people.
Share only what is reasonably needed to coordinate care. Avoid unnecessary medical diagnoses or treatment details, financial-account information, government identifiers, passwords or credentials, confidential pastoral counseling information, and unnecessarily detailed private addresses.
Emergencies and professional services
Risen Together is care-coordination software, not an emergency-response system or medical, legal, financial, counseling, or professional case-management service. Contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional when immediate or specialized help is needed.
Your first included Need
Each Organization’s first successfully created Need is included without a card. This is one durable allowance per Organization, not a timed trial. Deleting that Need does not restore the allowance. A later subscription cancellation or resubscription does not reset it.
Future paid subscriptions
Paid checkout is not currently available. If enabled later, the planned church-wide subscription is $49 per month or $490 per year, plus applicable taxes. Paddle will act as merchant of record, show the final total before payment, and process recurring billing. Subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled under the terms presented at checkout.
Normal cancellation takes effect at the trusted end of the paid period, and paid access continues through that boundary. Existing Needs remain accessible afterward, but creating additional paid Needs may stop when entitlement ends. Payment problems may similarly restrict new Need creation without removing existing care records.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable. You may request a refund within 14 days of the applicable transaction. Paddle reviews refund requests case by case under its Refund Policy and processes approved refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.
Public inquiries and optional church search
Submitting the public inquiry form does not create an account, subscription, purchase, or guarantee of access. Keep inquiry descriptions general and do not include care recipients’ names, medical details, home addresses, or other private information about another person.
Optional church search includes Google Maps features and content. Use of those features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can enter your church manually instead.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You may not break the law or violate another person’s rights; enter information without authority; use false identities or deceptive Organizations; probe or bypass security; introduce harmful code; disrupt the service; or use automation to obtain repeated included allowances.
We may investigate and proportionately restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations. We will preserve legitimate church records when practical.
Our service and your information
BLUETOUCH LLC and its licensors own the service, original content, and brand assets. You retain rights in information you provide and give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Third-party services and service changes
Risen Together relies on third parties for functions including authentication, hosting, data storage, email delivery, optional church search, and—if billing is later enabled—payment processing. Their availability and applicable terms may affect those functions. We may improve, change, or discontinue features prospectively and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. BLUETOUCH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or service. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Texas law and venue
These Terms are governed by Texas law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from Risen Together or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in or serving Montgomery County, Texas. This does not take away protections or venue rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively as the service changes. We will post revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
